Planning Board reorganizes, reviews updated zoning map.

AVON — Planning Board unanimously re-elected its slate. Chair Chuck Comeau, Vice-Chair Robert Pillarella, and Clerk Jason Suzor, Jr. all retained their posts without discussion. Town Planner Richard Jordan briefed the board on a CIAGS-revised draft Zoning Map, noting that property on Bodwell Street remains improperly zoned and that Fagan Drive was omitted.

Jordan identified two issues requiring town meeting approval: language governing restricted and non-restricted areas in the Overlay Zone, and Route 28 Mixed Use classification needing clearer residential-versus-business designation.
