Avon Planning Board schedules public hearing on zoning map corrections. Chair Chuck Comeau and members reviewed six properties facing boundary corrections stemming from errors in the transition from the 1998 to 2011 zoning maps, with changes affecting industrial and residential designations along Bodwell Street, Page Street, and Pond Street. The hearing is set for March 5, 2026.
Town Planner Richard Jordan also briefed the board on the Business Overlay District and sewer design estimates, with a potential March discussion to follow.
