Avon Planning Board unanimously approves prior minutes in routine 22-minute session. Chair Chuck Comeau and four members present voted unanimously to ratify February 19 minutes after brief discussion of outstanding applicant payments; the board directed staff to contact delinquent applicants via email. Members reviewed three neighboring notices of public hearing: Holbrook office-to-residential conversion (April 14), Holbrook basement family support project (March 24), and Stoughton zoning bylaw amendment (March 12).
