Commission approves declassification for compost-site monitoring wells.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 19, 2026

Avon Conservation Commission unanimously approves declassification for monitoring wells at Town Compost Site. The board also confirmed intent to cover the whole property for an Estimated Obligation at 273 East Main Street under option B, and noted that Walmart did not follow a snow plan agreed upon in 2025.
