Avon Planning Board unanimously approves Costco Order of Conditions. The board also advanced a $70,000 Community Planning Grant contracted to Horsley Witten Group for zoning and subdivision rule review, reviewed the OCPC Route 28 Corridor Study as a catalyst for investment, and affirmed the OCPC Housing Strategy covering Avon, Brockton, and Stoughton. Two warrants totaling $5,681.24 for advertising and project manager services were unanimously approved.
The board postponed discussion of a town hall proposal until January 22, 2026, pending funding confirmation.
