Board of Health approves three septic system upgrades with deed restrictions.

AVON — Board of Health unanimously approves three septic system replacement plans with local code upgrades. Chair Jeffrey Tibnam, Clerk Ralph Jensen, and Member Michael Lawler signed off on projects at 226 West Main Street (five-bedroom dwelling), 155-163 Main Street (multi-use building with 1,130.71 gallons per day design flow), and 2 Glendower Street (three-bedroom dwelling), each requiring deed restrictions prohibiting garbage grinders and limiting bedroom count or daily usage. The board also unanimously accepted Brockton as the designated municipality for posting PNS5 meeting agendas and approved a $71,619.67 FY2026 warrant.
