Zoning Board extends Brave Estates Comprehensive Permit hearing to January

DocumentCenter · Meeting of December 6, 2022

Avon Zoning Board votes unanimously to extend Brave Estates hearing to January. The board postponed the December 6 Comprehensive Permit hearing on the 36-unit development at 188 Central Street after the developer, Brian Campbell, requested more time. The application includes nine units designated as affordable to low-to-moderate-income residents, arranged in four buildings.

The case was originally filed May 26, 2022. The board also unanimously approved three warrants totaling $8,394.50 for consultant services related to the development projects.
