AVON — Zoning Board continues 24-unit affordable housing project to April. The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously voted to continue the public hearing for Windsor Heights, LLC's proposed 24-unit residential development at 253 Page Street, which includes six affordable units under Massachusetts' Chapter 40B law, to April 4, 2023. Board members Kevin Foster, Chair, and Chuck Comeau indicated opposition to the initial project layout.

The applicant must submit updated site plans and conduct further discussions with the Department of Public Works regarding water information before the next hearing. The board also approved prior meeting minutes unanimously.
