Avon Zoning Board approves dance studio permit and porch variance. The board unanimously approved Shauna Russo's special permit to operate a dance studio at 242 West Main Street, accommodating 20 to 25 students per class with Monday-Friday hours of 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. In a second unanimous vote, the board approved a front-porch variance for Joseph lerardi at 35 Packard Street, reducing the required front-yard setback from 25 feet to 19 feet.
