Avon Zoning Board approves 40B comprehensive permit for Joanna Hills Estates development. The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved the comprehensive permit and Exhibit A Waiver List for Joanna Hills Estates, LLC, a development off Joanna Road by Stonebridge Homes, Inc. The project includes 75 percent of lottery-available units reserved for Avon residents, with lottery information to be posted on the town website.
All five board members voted unanimously to approve the permit, with Special Counsel Brian Winner to finalize the decision for town clerk filing by the end of the week.
