ZBA Approves Roadway Layout for Brave Estates 36-Unit Project

Avon Zoning Board approves roadway layout for Brave Estates housing project. The ZBA, chaired by Kevin Foster, unanimously approved the building roadway layout for the 36-unit residential development proposed at 188 Central Street, which will include 9 affordable units across four buildings. The board approved the September 8 site plan revision as the base for further design and identified items for developer attention including hydrant locations and coordination with the Department of Public Works on a pathway to Stoughton.
The public hearing continues October 25, 2022.
