Avon opens warrant for May town meeting. The Board of Selectmen approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Brave Estates LLC for a 40B affordable housing project and a temporary sign permit for Avon Youth Baseball. Architect Michael Viveiros presented a feasibility study on town offices with two cost options: renovation of existing buildings at approximately $9.4 million or construction of new consolidated town offices at approximately $12.3 million.
