Selectmen appoint interim town accountant

Avon Board of Selectmen unanimously appoints interim town accountant to fill vacancy. The board voted to hire David Grab, a retired former Town Accountant in Raynham and trainer of the town's previous accountant, Erin Barry, at $400 per day as a contractor. Town Administrator Gregory S.
Enos recommended Grab for the interim role. Chairman Steven P. Rose, Clerk Eric S.
Beckerman, and Associate Jason L. Suzor voted unanimously in favor.
