Selectmen advance town administrator search with recruiting firms

AVON — Board of Selectmen schedules follow-up workshop for town administrator recruitment. At the January 11 workshop, Chairman Eric S. Beckerman reported contacting three recruiting firms—Community Paradigm Associates, Municipal Resources Inc., and Collins Center—to manage the search for a new Town Administrator.
The board agreed to convene again within one week to review proposals and select a firm; members emphasized that a decision must come as soon as possible.
