Avon School Committee unanimously approves calendar, field trip, and facility upgrades. The committee approved the 2021-2022 school calendar, summer programming, and an out-of-state Washington DC field trip for sixth and seventh grade students based on 35 paying participants. The committee approved a 22,000 dollar enhancement to the National Grid HVAC controls project, which will cost approximately 48 dollars monthly over 60 months while generating 331 dollars in monthly savings.
