AVON — Planning Board extends Bodwell Street hearing to August. The five-member Avon Planning Board unanimously voted to extend the public hearing on 540 Bodwell Street Extension to August 19, 2021 at 7:30 p.m., chaired by Charles Comeau and meeting via Zoom during the COVID-19 emergency. The board unanimously approved prior meeting minutes from April 1 and April 15, and unanimously approved a $661.32 warrant for advertisement costs related to a public hearing on an awning installation at 175 East Main Street.

Building Inspector Robert Borden reported increased residential pool installation requests and pending site-plan applications at 20 Ledin Avenue and 105 Memorial Drive, and suggested updating the fee schedule for public hearing advertisements.
