Planning Board schedules public hearing on 105 Memorial Drive

DocumentCenter · Meeting of July 15, 2021

AVON — The Planning Board scheduled a public hearing for August 19 on a 3,600-square-foot storage building at 105 Memorial Drive. Applicant Michael Borgesoni of Unbreakable, LLC discussed his project with the board during an informal session. Building Inspector Robert Borden confirmed the proposal meets zoning requirements.

The board identified multiple site-plan revisions required before the hearing, including drainage calculations, utility locations, parking layout, and fire-rating details. Planning Board member Robert Pillarella expressed concerns about the northwest setback and requested Fire Chief feedback. Borgesoni agreed to pay a $3,500 engineering consulting fee for board review of the revised plans.
