Planning Board extends Bodwell Street hearing to December

Avon Planning Board extended a public hearing on 540 Bodwell Street to December 16. Chair Chuck Comeau and members unanimously approved November 4 minutes and voted unanimously to extend the hearing. Michael Yentile of Kimley-Horn presented preliminary plans for Costco's ADA compliance upgrades at 120 Stockwell Drive, which will reduce parking from 598 stalls to 410 while remaining compliant with town bylaws.
The board determined that full site plan review is not required for the limited-scope work and recommended Costco submit a written waiver request.
