The board continued hearings on a gas station rebuild with convenience store at 273 East Main Street and a parking lot expansion at Ralph D.

Butler Elementary School with 101 new spaces to September 3, 2020, citing improper remote-meeting posting protocols. Board members and abutters raised concerns about traffic flow, drainage impacts, and property privacy at both projects.
