AVON — Planning Board continues public hearing on Bodwell Street property to January. Vice Chair Charles Comeau, Jr., led the December 16 meeting with members Robert Pillarella, Charles Marinelli, and Jason Suzor, Jr., present in person; Chair Chuck Comeau was absent. The board unanimously voted to extend the hearing with formal notice this is the final extension, requiring re-application if the applicant fails to attend the January 20 meeting.
Building Inspector Robert Borden reported on a possible zone change request for a 25-26 acre corner property, building additions, roof work, and industrial park remodeling.
