Avon Planning Board approves warehouse construction at 540 Bodwell Street Ext. The board unanimously approved a site plan and watershed district construction for a commercial warehouse development, involving the demolition of a 6,307 square foot building and construction of a new 13,600 square foot building, contingent on relocation of parking spaces to comply with town bylaws and required approvals from the Conservation Commission and Board of Health. Building Inspector Robert Borden noted that moving the building back five feet would resolve parking compliance issues without affecting the septic design.
The project includes mandatory conditions for stormwater management and annual maintenance reporting.
