AVON — Planning Board approves warehouse at 105 Memorial Drive. The five-member Planning Board voted unanimously to permit construction of a 60-by-60-foot warehouse at 105 Memorial Drive for heavy equipment storage. Applicant Michael Borgesoni of Unbreakable, LLC must disclose all chemicals, fuel storage, and hazardous materials to the Fire Department as a condition of approval.
The Avon Board of Health approved the landscaping plan. The board also discussed but took no formal action on drainage improvements at 110 Ladge Drive, instructing the property owner to submit a formal site plan application for town engineer review.
