Avon Planning Board approves school site plan with fencing and chargers. Chairman Charles P. Comeau and board members Robert Pillarella, Charles Comeau Jr., and Charles Marinelli voted unanimously to approve a site plan and special permit for 144 South Street at Avon Public Schools.

Superintendent Christine Godino endorsed the project, which includes a 6-foot perimeter fence to block vehicle light glare and electric vehicle charging stations. The site plan provides 2 to 4 additional parking spaces and required special approval for construction within the water supply district.
