AVON — Park and Recreation Committee approves field request form with all fees waived. Vice Chair Jocelyn Lyons moved to approve the waiver with Commissioner Matt Ferro seconding; Commissioner Marci Kovick abstained and the other members voted in favor. The committee discussed recreation area projects at Bartlett Street and Fagan Drive and an article to move $290,000 to available funds, both slated for the Special Town Meeting on Saturday, January 28.
