AVON — Park and Recreation Commission tables field fees and tennis court decisions, focuses on spring programs. The commission postponed most substantive business including field fees review, tennis court improvements, and decision on Athletic Director Michael Hayes's proposal for new Butler Field soccer benches. Recreation Director Jennifer Mayo discussed new April vacation activities including archery and field trips to Treetop Adventures in Canton and Boundless Adventures in Berlin.

The commission will review vendor quotes for soccer benches at its March 9 meeting.
