Housing Authority approves monthly business, receives audit closure

Avon Housing Authority closes out annual PMR audit. The Avon Housing Authority confirmed receipt of final closeout documents for its 2019 PMR audit and approved routine monthly business, including January financial statements and vouchers through February 26. Chairman M.
Janet Jensen, Vice Chairman Kevin Edwards, and Treasurer Judy Laniewski presided. Executive Director Sherry Guilbault reported four unit vacancies and ongoing Common Hallway Painting and Exterior Door Replacement projects. Board members plan to attend the MassNAHRO annual conference in March.
