Fire Station construction roof issue settled with warranty

Avon Designer Selection Committee approves $370,179 in Fire Station project invoices. The committee voted unanimously on the payments, including $330,522.87 to general contractor P&P, $23,800 to owner's project manager ACG, $13,300 to designer Saccoccio & Associates, and $2,556.50 to ATC Services. Members also unanimously approved an extended written warranty for roofing work completed out of sequence, and approved $6,234 in door replacements.
The committee selected black shutters for the Fire Station.
