AVON — Finance Committee approves $85,925 in line item transfers. Chair Daniel Norian oversaw unanimous votes reallocating funds from medical and life personal services to address deficits: $700 to Board of Appeals, $65,002.65 and $17,722.78 to snow and ice control, and $2,500 to street lighting. The committee tabled a $25,000 Technology transfer for discussion at the July 12 meeting.
