Designer Selection Committee conducts fire station property inspection

AVON — Designer Selection Committee conducts fire station inspection, identifies landscaping and structural repair needs. The committee, led by Chair Tracy Self with members Elaine Dombrosky, Alex Sinclair, and Jason Suzor, conducted an on-site walk-through on April 13 to assess landscaping and structural conditions. The inspection identified eight dead or dying trees requiring replacement, plow damage to berms, retention pond siltation, and condensation issues in the back storage building requiring insulation and heating.
Chair Self will contact ACG for pricing on landscaping work and building improvements, with a 10-month warranty meeting scheduled for May.
