Avon Conservation Commission approves septic system repairs at Leo's Lane. Vice Chair Edward J Mekjian moved approval of two Resource Development Area applications for property owner Hien Le on April 14, unanimously clearing negative determinations with seven environmental conditions each for the failing septic systems. The Commission simultaneously continued the public hearing on a proposed three-family building at 68 East Main Street to June 9 pending completion of stormwater analysis and Board of Health septic approval from the applicant.
Commissioners also unanimously approved a $2,037.79 warrant payment to engineering consultant BETA Group.
