Conservation Commission approves two septic upgrades

Avon Conservation Commission unanimously approves two septic system upgrades at public hearing. The Conservation Commission approved residential septic system upgrades at 45 Oliver Street for applicant Robert Bardsley and 31 Gill Street for applicant Ernst Jean-Baptiste, with all three members present voting unanimously in favor. Both projects were presented by engineer Peter Lyons of Collins Engineering, Inc. on behalf of the applicants.

The meeting was conducted remotely via Zoom. In routine business, the commission also unanimously approved minutes from the August 11, 2022 meeting.
