Conservation Commission approves septic upgrade order for Littlefield Street

AVON — Conservation Commission unanimously approves septic upgrade order for Littlefield Street industrial site. The project, presented by Collins Civil Engineering Group, includes a 6,000-gallon septic tank and 3,500-gallon pump chamber replacement, with conditions requiring 48-hour notice for erosion control inspections and photographs taken before, during, and after construction. The Commission also reviewed the Antone Road project and requested additional documentation for a proposed convenience store and fuel station at 273 East Main Street, including a field report on wetlands conditions and hazardous materials permits.
