AVON — Conservation Commission approves four septic system upgrades; continues Joanna Hill subdivision hearing. Members Kevin Mooney, Edward Mekjian, and John Costa approved negative determinations for septic improvements at Freeman Street, West Main Street, and South Street, with Mekjian abstaining from the South Street project due to abutter interest. Chair Mooney announced the 76-unit Joanna Hill Estates development hearing would continue December 2 with a hybrid format allowing both in-person participation and cable television broadcast.
