Avon Conservation Commission approves amended certificate of compliance. The commission voted to approve a partial certificate of compliance for 8 Katherines Way with amended conditions for an underground propane storage tank to be considered separately, with Kevin Mooney and Edward Mekjian voting in favor and John Costa and Christopher Canducci abstaining. The 2-0-2 vote came after discussion of retention basin and access area maintenance requirements for the property.
