DocumentCenter · Meeting of December 17, 2020

Avon Conservation Commission unanimously approves Joanna Hill Estates housing development. Chairman Kevin Mooney led the commission through a comprehensive order of conditions for the 76-unit residential project with applicant representative Muhammad M. Itani; the conditions require subsurface sewerage and stormwater infrastructure within the 100-foot wetlands buffer zone, daily erosion-control monitoring, and peer review of wetland health impacts.

All three voting members voted in favor with no objections recorded.
