Avon board approves water debt exclusion and animal control sharing agreement. The Board of Selectmen voted to approve a $63,769.01 debt exclusion for water infrastructure, exempting MWPAT Loans for the DW1-17 and West Spring Street projects from Proposition 2 1/2 limits without requiring a voter election. Chairman Eric S.
Beckerman, Clerk Jason L. Suzor, Sr., and Associate Steven P. Rose approved an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Holbrook for shared animal control officer services, with payments split into bi-yearly increments and oversight by the Police Chief.
