Board approves three septic system upgrades

Avon Health Board approves three septic-system upgrades. Clerk Robert Ogilvie and Board Member Ralph Jensen, with Chairman Gerald Picardi absent, unanimously approved Title 5 Local Upgrade Requests for properties at 15 School Street and 52 Robbins Street, reducing required groundwater separation and building setbacks respectively. A conditional approval for 274 East Main Street was granted pending lab results.

The Board also reviewed COVID-19 Phase III reopening guidelines effective July 6 and approved three warrants totaling $53,103.98 for FY2020 and FY2021.
