Avon Zoning Board continues Brave Estates comprehensive permit hearing to February. The board, meeting with four of five members present, received updated site plans and drainage analysis for the 36-unit residential development at 188 Central Street, with nine units designated as affordable. The Board of Health indicated no objections pending receipt of septic plans.
Engineer Brian Dunn and applicant Brian Campbell discussed required plan adjustments including landscape design, site lighting, building heights, and septic system layout. The board unanimously approved three warrants totaling $2,364.31 for advertising and engineering services. The hearing continues February 28.
