Avon zoning board continues Brave Estates hearing. The Zoning Board of Appeals moved the public hearing on a proposed 36-unit housing development at 188 Central Street to March 28, 2023, and extended the state's required 180-day comprehensive permit review period to commence on that date. The application from A&B Campbell Realty, LLC, seeks approval for nine affordable units across four residential buildings and four garage buildings under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40B.
The board reviewed project materials with civil engineer Michael Perrault of Jacob Driscoll Engineering and commended his peer review work. Three warrants totaling $6,177.50 were unanimously approved for consulting services.
