Avon School Committee Unanimously Hires Director of Pupil Services

Avon School Committee unanimously hires Jen Meek as Director of Pupil Services. Superintendent Christine Godino recommended Meek following a formal search process chaired by Principal Down Stockwell. Meek, a district employee since August 2006, served as acting Director from September 2020 through February 2021.
The committee approved the hire unanimously on a motion by Member Paul Chapman, seconded by Member Maria Piccirilli.
