Avon Planning Board unanimously approves Katherine's Way for public acceptance

AVON — The Avon Planning Board unanimously approved Katherine's Way for public acceptance on April 28, clearing the subdivision roadway for town meeting consideration. The board heard that Jacobs Driscoll Engineering confirmed as-built infrastructure met specifications, the Board of Health had no objection, and Conservation Commission members verified completion. All five board members voted in favor of the motion, made by Clerk Jason Suzor, Jr. and seconded by Vice Chair Charles Comeau, Jr., with the requirement that final storm drainage cleanout be completed before the May 3 town meeting vote.
