Avon Planning Board schedules three December 17 hearings on land use. The board voted 4-0 to hold hearings on a Housing Production Plan, Fagan Drive road acceptance, and regulations on self-service versus full-service gas stations. Chairman Charles Comeau also held an informal discussion with developer John Barry regarding 30 Leo's Lane, indicating the board will need to review prior records and consult with the Conservation Commission before considering any development proposal.
