Avon Library Board approves $467,108 budget, restores Children's Librarian. At its March 8, 2022 meeting, the Library Board of Trustees approved the FY 23 budget for the Board of Selectmen to recommend to Town Meeting, restoring a full-time Children's Librarian and Youth Services position. The trustees also approved enrollment in the Creativebug craft service at $500 annually, authorized purchase of an AWE Learning Station for $3,514, and approved three new programs: Tarot, Astrology, and a dog show.
