Avon Housing Authority board conducts annual reorganization

Avon Housing Authority reorganizes board in four unanimous votes. M. Janet Jensen was elected as Chairman, Kevin Edwards as Vice Chairman, Judy Laniewski as Treasurer, and Gary Qualter as Clerk.
The Board unanimously approved the April, May and June 2020 Operating and Balance Statements, the fiscal year 2020 Year End Certifications, and the Top 5 Salary form for FYE20. Executive Director Sherry Guilbault reported on ongoing housing vacancy activity and noted that the HHA office and Community Room remain closed to the public.
