Avon Designer Selection Committee approves Police Station change order

Avon Designer Selection Committee approves Police Station invoices and fire station updates. The committee unanimously approved a $16,848.10 change order for the Police Station and voted to proceed with the Fire Station project with a revised budget of $3,660,864, declining to make the rear building an alternate bid. The committee also approved hand dryer installation invoices totaling $6,522 for the Police Station and approved consultant fees totaling $27,800 to ACG and Saccoccio & Associates.
Final fire station plan approval is expected by end of February 2020.
