DocumentCenter · Meeting of November 15, 2022

Avon zoning board unanimously approves temporary housing permit for Gill Street property. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted special permit Case #22-8 to Lynne and John McKenney, Jr. for 768 square feet of temporary additional living quarters above their garage at 7 Gill Street, within the 775-square-foot bylaw limit. Building Inspector Robert Borden confirmed the space meets bylaw requirements, and the Board of Health had no objection provided bedrooms do not exceed four.

The temporary permit expires upon the petitioner's departure or after five years, whichever comes first.
