Avon Zoning Board approves site plan, warrants for consulting. The Avon Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously March 2 to sign the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan for Jo Anna Hills Estates, a Chapter 40B development project. The board approved three warrants totaling $1,063.31 for consulting services: $434.20 to Gatehouse Media for 74 Bodwell Street, $489.11 to Tata and Howard for Joanna Road modeling, and $140.00 to Mead Talerman & Costa LLC for Joanna Estates.

The meeting was conducted remotely via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic.
