DocumentCenter · Meeting of June 3, 2021

AVON — Planning Board approves North Main subdivision, defers Waste Management expansion. The Avon Planning Board unanimously approved a subdivision of 28 North Main Street, creating separate parcels for property owner Barbara Wait and purchaser T.L. Edwards, with Edwards' portion to merge with existing holdings at 46 North Main.

In the meeting's primary matter, the board continued its public hearing on Waste Management of Massachusetts' proposed 17,200-square-foot industrial addition and stormwater reconstruction at 20 Ledin Avenue, deferring action pending reviews from the fire department, Board of Health, and Conservation Commission; the hearing resumes July 15, 2021.
