Avon Planning Board approves warrant, reviews pavilion proposal. The five-member Board unanimously approved a $1,671.20 warrant to Jacobs Driscoll and Gate House Media for field work and advertising on pending projects, including $900 for Katherine's Way field work, $308.48 for Katherine's Way advertising, and $462.72 for One Kiddie Drive advertising. The Board also received an informal presentation from the Avon Civic Association on plans for a 20-foot by 18-foot pavilion at DeMarco Park, to be built by New England Outdoors of Methuen, Massachusetts, with construction expected to begin in spring 2023.
Building Inspector Robert Borden reported ongoing renovation projects throughout town and multiple newly issued building permits.
