Planning Board approves prior minutes, continues public hearing

AVON — The Avon Planning Board approved prior meeting minutes and continued a public hearing during its January 21 remote meeting. The board voted unanimously to approve minutes from August 6, 2020, and December 3, 2020. Chairman Charles Comeau presided over the five-member board.
A public hearing for 540 Bodwell Street Ext. was continued to March 18, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., at the applicant's request. The board also received notification of a cease and desist letter issued to 23 East High Street for parking commercial vehicles exceeding 5,000 pounds in a residential zone; the property owner removed the vehicles before the meeting.
